What
if I receive my item and I don't like it?
Your satisfaction is our primary concern! Every item purchased from
us is guaranteed as described. If, for any reason, you are not fully
satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund
(exclusive of delivery and resizing charges).
How
do I return an item?
To receive a refund or credit:
1. You must notify us by telephone or email within 24
hours after you receive the item(s).
2. Returns must be sent out to us within 3 days after
notification.
3. Items must be returned, fully insured for the retail price,
in the same condition as dispatched, without any alterations or
damage. Please include your sales receipt.
Will
I receive a full refund of my money?
We will issue you a full refund, exclusive of delivery and resizing
charges. If you decide to return a ring which we have resized
for you, a charge of $35 will be deducted from your refund.
There
is no restocking fee for the first item returned (an engagement
ring and wedding band set are considered as one item). Multiple
returns (all items after the first) are subject to a 15% restocking
fee.
Please
note that resizings beyond the standard 5-7 range (for example,
resizing down to a 4 or up to an 8) may make the ring non-returnable.
In this case, we will notify you before proceeding with your order;
we can then send the ring out to you in its original size, for approval,
before resizing it.
