Shipping
charges are not included in the pricing. All items are shipped via
United Parcel Service (UPS), fully insured for the
purchase price. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes; please provide
a street address, as well as a suite/floor/apt number if applicable.

shipping charges are quoted for continental U.S. addresses.
Shipping charges to non-continental U.S. addresses are higher,
and will be quoted at the time of order. We cannot ship to international

Items
are shipped Tuesday through Friday (we cannot ship items on Saturday,
Sunday or Monday).
Please allow 7 days for resizing before shipping.
Please allow 7 days for personal checks to clear before shipping.
For
items marked "Available: Immediately" (with no resizing):
Orders placed by 12:00 pm ET, Tues through Fri, will be shipped
the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm ET, Tues through Thur, will be shipped
the following day.
Orders placed Fri after 12:00 pm, Sat, Sun or Mon will be shipped
on the coming Tuesday.
Items which are not in stock are marked "Available: Back Order";
we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
Upon
receiving your order, we will provide you with an estimated shipping
date.
When your package has been shipped, we will send you an email confirming
shipment and providing a tracking number for your shipment.
