A: No, we do not accept customers' stones for setting.
It will be necessary to have the stone set by a local jeweler.
Q: I have a loose stone; will it fit into this mounting?
A: Please take your stone to a jeweler, who will measure
it with a millimeter gauge. If it falls into the range specified
above, it can be set into this mounting. If you are purchasing
a stone from an online retailer, ask them to provide you with
the diameter measurement. Please note that stones of the
same carat weight can have different diameters. The ability
of your stone to fit into this mounting is determined by its
diameter measurement, not its carat weight.
Q: Will you resize the mounting to my ring size?
A: No, we do not provide resizing for mountings. Since
you will be working with a jeweler to set your stone, it is
best to have them take a precise measurement of your finger,
and perform any necessary resizing at the same time.
